The Management Trainee position is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales, leadership, and management while representing nationally recognized AT&T clients. This role is in-person and requires direct interaction with customers daily. Management Trainees will learn the foundations of sales, customer relations, and business operations while working through a structured training program. The position is ideal for individuals who are detail- oriented, adaptable, and motivated to gain practical experience in a customer- facing environment. Job Responsibilities of the Management Trainee: * Work in an in-person setting, meeting with customers daily to provide AT&T products and service options. * Perform sales presentations, explain product benefits, and assist customers with enrollment and account setup. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and follow-ups using company systems. * Management Trainees support AT&T by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. * Participate in scheduled management training sessions covering leadership practices, performance tracking, and professional development. * Management Trainees assist with team operations, including daily goal-setting, territory planning, and reviewing sales performance metrics. * Learn to manage small groups by shadowing leaders, eventually taking on entry-level management duties such as training new team members. * Collaborate with colleagues to meet weekly and monthly targets while focusing on team growth and efficiency. * Follow company compliance standards when representing AT&T clients in all interactions.
