As a Team Member of The UPS Store you will have the following duties: * Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service * Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages * Assist customers with Returns * Assist customers with document services * Assist customers with mailbox survives * Assist customers with faxing * Pack merchandise for shipment and process shipments * Ring sales in a computerized register * Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included on job assignments * Restock supplies and retail shelves * This position requires standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of 1 to 15 pounds, 15 to 30 pounds often and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds Requirements Team Members should have these qualities: * Have a helpful, friendly attitude * Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills * Basic computer knowledge required * preferred proficiency with applications, adobe suite, InDesign & photoshop * preferred proficiency basic printing * Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50lb's * Detail oriented a must * Organizational skills needed * Desire to be part of a performance-driven team * High school diploma or GED preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week Ability to Commute: * Holden, MA 01520 (Required) Work Location: In person
