We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Call Center Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll play a crucial role in building relationships with customers and driving sales success. Your responsibilities will include: * Engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions. * Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively promote our services and drive sales. * Accurately processing customer orders and providing exceptional follow-up to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer experience and sales strategies. * Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while handling challenges that arise. Requirements * 1+ years of experience in sales is preferred. * Ability to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish * Previous call center experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn! * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success. * Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and manage data efficiently. * You are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences and resolving issues. * A vibrant personality coupled with high energy and enthusiasm is what we're looking for! * Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
