Hiring insurance agents at Local GEICO Office. Sell our competitive Auto and/or Homeowners Insurance. Base pay plus Commissions. No Life Insurance Sales and NO COLD CALLING, with our leading reputation and innovative marketing our phones ring! Compensation $50,000.00 -$59,000.00 per year, Paid Time Off and Paid Vacation Benefits * Full Time Monday to Friday * No weekends * Job Stability * In office training provided for opportunities to develop skills, role specific skills courses, career success. Requirements * Must have active Texas General Lines or Personal Lines License * Minimum 1 year Insurance Sales Experience * Bilingual(Spanish) a plus * Homeowner Insurance Sales Experience a plus Job Description * Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor insurance solutions for customers. * Utilize communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
