Sales Manager - Aging-in-Place Home Solutions (Tulsa, OK) Location: Tulsa, OK & Surrounding Areas Company: 4 State Home Improvements Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Performance-based (personal sales + team override) About the Role 4 State Home Improvements is expanding our Aging-in-Place Home Solutions division in the Tulsa, Oklahoma market. We specialize in walk-in tubs, safety showers, stairlifts, and accessibility upgrades that help homeowners remain safe and independent in their homes. We are seeking a Selling Sales Manager to lead this market -- someone who actively runs in-home sales appointments while also recruiting, training, and coaching a local sales team. This is a field-based leadership role , not a desk position. You will sell, lead, and build.
