About the Role

4 State Home Improvements is expanding our Aging-in-Place Home Solutions division in the Tulsa, Oklahoma market. We specialize in walk-in tubs, safety showers, stairlifts, and accessibility upgrades that help homeowners remain safe and independent in their homes. We are seeking a Selling Sales Manager to lead this market -- someone who actively runs in-home sales appointments while also recruiting, training, and coaching a local sales team. This is a field-based leadership role , not a desk position. You will sell, lead, and build.

What You'll Do

• Run qualified in-home sales appointments throughout the Tulsa area
• Personally close sales on walk-in tubs, safety showers, stairlifts, and accessibility projects
• Set the sales standard through your own performance
• Recruit, onboard, and train in-home sales consultants
• Coach reps through ride-alongs, field training, and ongoing development
• Help improve close rates, presentation consistency, and customer experience
• Work with marketing and appointment-setting teams to maximize conversion
• Build and lead a high-performing Tulsa-based sales team Who We're Looking For
• Proven experience in in-home sales (home improvement, remodeling, or similar)
