Sales Representative (Residential Roofing & Exterior Remodeling) Indianapolis, IN Uncapped Commission + Paid Training + Benefits Package The Externals Group are working with a leading roofing and exterior remodeling contractor that continues to grow rapidly across Central Indiana. Known for their professionalism, integrity, and quality workmanship, they are seeking ambitious Sales Representatives to join their high-performing residential sales team. * The Role: As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified homeowners to assess their roofing and exterior remodeling needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the sales process from consultation to close. You'll be supported with pre-qualified leads, in-house training, and all the tools you need to achieve exceptional results. * A Day in the Life: * Attend pre-scheduled homeowner appointments - no cold calling required. * Build rapport, identify needs, and present professional roofing and remodeling solutions. * Conduct roof inspections and property evaluations when needed. * Manage the full sales process including estimates, proposals, and contracts. * Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and sales software. * Represent the business with professionalism and integrity in the community. What You 'll Bring: * Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience. * Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience preferred. * Confident, driven, and coachable with a strong desire to succeed. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools and CRM software. * Comfortable working at heights and performing roof inspections. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
