A global metal parts manufacturing company in the Cincinnati, Ohio area is currently seeking a Sales Account Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will maintain good relationships with key accounts and potential customers by delivering customer-oriented technical support and prompt solutions. Familiarity with Japanese language or culture . This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a comprehensive benefits package. Sales Account Representative - Responsibilities Include: * Maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and expand business opportunities * Visit customers' sites to understand their needs (mostly local and the Midwest areas) * Negotiate price with customers, provide sales quotations and specifications respond to requests for proposals * Address customer inquiries and issues if needed * Report delivery plan daily to managers * Analyzing customer trends and understand upcoming business opportunities to increase sales * Other duties as assigned Sales Account Representative - Requirements: * A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Economics, Business Management, or a related field is required. * Ability to travel for sales visits (mostly local and the greater Midwest area, up to 40% of the time) * Japanese language ability or experience with / exposure to Japanese culture * Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel * Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record * Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills * While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
