Outside Sales Representative: Robert-James Sales, Inc. is a leader in the stainless steel industry, selling stainless steel pipe, tube & fittings. This position offers a salary plus the opportunity for a bonus based on sales, a car allowance and full benefit package. Our benefit package includes healthcare, flexible spending, HSA, life insurance, 401(k), vacation and paid holidays. As an Outside Sales Representatives you will be responsible for calling on and servicing current accounts as well as generating new business covering Raleigh and the surrounding areas. You will report directly to our local Branch Manager located in Raleigh, North Carolina and have the support of inside sales staff to aide you in your sales goals.

Duties

• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business in assigned territory.
• Determine customer needs.
• Meet and exceed the business sales goals.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
