Event Sales Clerk / Event Sales Associate We R Nuts NY, Inc. -- Western New York We R Nuts NY, Inc. is seeking reliable, self-motivated Event Sales Clerks for year-round employment at markets and events throughout Western New York, including the Broadway Market and seasonal festivals. This is a hands-on, independent role. Event Sales Clerks are responsible for the entire event operation, including transportation, full setup, sales, teardown, and return of all company equipment. This position is not a stationary retail counter job. Core Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle and/or your own vehicle to assigned events Transport company product, tent, tables, displays, signage, and supplies Complete full setup prior to event start time (tent, tables, displays, and product) Operate events solo when assigned to selling-only locations Actively sell products for the entire duration of the event Deliver friendly, professional customer service Accurately handle cash and Square POS transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-appropriate booth Complete full teardown, pack all equipment, and return items to a designated location Meet established sales expectations and performance standards Schedule & Work Conditions Events operate rain or shine Events may be canceled only in severe weather; otherwise, sales continue Setup and teardown time is paid Weekends and holidays are required Physical & Practical Requirements (Mandatory) Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly Must be able to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation is required Must be comfortable driving a company vehicle when assigned Must possess a valid driver's license Driver's license will be verified through New York State LENS screening Performance Expectations Sales targets and expectations are in place Quarterly bonuses and targeted performance incentives are available Failure to meet setup, teardown, or job responsibilities is grounds for termination Compensation Starting at $17.00 per hour, depending on experience Opportunity to earn bonuses and targeted incentives Tips may be available at certain events Job Details Job Type: Year-Round, Event-Based (Part-Time and/or Full-Time depending on schedule) Locations: Multiple sites throughout Western New York This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and representing a local brand in a fast-paced, customer- facing environment.
