The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll act as the face of our brand at promotional events in local retail spaces and community locations. Your goal is to create a great customer experience, increase brand awareness, and help drive sales. What You 'll Do * Interact with customers in-person, answering questions and providing product insights * Demonstrate products in a clear, engaging way to highlight features and benefits * Handle basic transactions and ensure each customer leaves with a positive experience * Update customer records and input data accurately into our internal systems * Spot opportunities to suggest additional products that meet customer needs * Consistently hit sales goals through great service and enthusiasm * Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve group objectives * Stay informed on the latest product offerings, promotions, and industry trends Who You Are * Able to commute to our Long Beach office (on-site only; remote work is not available) * Hold a high school diploma or equivalent * Possess strong verbal communication skills and enjoy engaging with people * Comfortable using basic computer systems and sales or POS software * Positive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required--we provide training What We Offer * Weekly Pay averaging $850 - $1000: Including $500 per week minimum base pay + uncapped commissions with additional performance bonuses * Paid training to help you succeed * A supportive and upbeat team environment * Opportunities for advancement for motivated and high-performing individuals Ready to Start?
