Company looking for flooring sales associate with 3-5 years experience. Looking for a highly self motivated individual interested in good earning potential as well as opportunity for advancement as we grow. Your role will be working with homeowners, builders, commercial/residential contractors. Our business is great and we are looking to expand our sales force! We are not just a flooring store! We do all types of flooring and kitchen/bath remodels. Additional earning potential selling window treatments and closet organizing systems. Hours will include Saturdays (9 AM -2PM). No nights or Sundays. Duties include, but are not limited to: * Work with walk-in customers to determine needs and discuss flooring options, design/layout. * Work with current builders and their clients for flooring needs within their budgets/upgrades. Opportunity to sell window treatments and closet organizing systems. * Estimate job costs and prepare bids for both residential and commercial jobs. * Ability to measure various flooring projects for both residential and commercial products. * Increase sales by generating new leads - both retail and builder prospects. * Must be highly self-motivated and can work independently. Compensation based on experience. Requirements: * Valid US Driver's License/Reliable transportation * Ability to pass a background check * Basic Computer/Email skills * Good verbal/written communication skills * Must be dependable with good work ethics. * Personable/team player * Excellent customer follow up/Good organization skills * Interior design knowledge/degree would be a plus This position is for a full time employee.
