Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Phone Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective communication. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. * Utilize Salesforce software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities. * Engage in tele-sales to convert prospects into clients. * Negotiate terms of sales with customers while maintaining a high level of customer service. * Provide product information and answer customer inquiries effectively. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. * Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales and phone sales is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. * Proficient in using software applications, particularly Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. * Familiarity with the automotive industry, auto parts, and automotive customization. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
