Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients -Follow an explicit process and have extensive product knowledge - Maintain organized records of sales and customer interactions - Assist with inventory control and management - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities -Maintain Experience: - Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and customer service is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in basic math calculations - Familiarity with processes is a plus As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with customers.
