Outside Parts Sales Representative - Florida & Southern Georgia Experienced | Self-Directed | Relationship-Focused Vaden Automotive is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Parts Sales Representative to support and grow our wholesale and external parts business throughout Florida and Southern Georgia. This role is ideal for a highly organized, trustworthy professional who can successfully manage their territory independently while representing the Vaden brand with professionalism and integrity. Territory & Location * Primary territory: Florida and Southern Georgia * Preferred home base: Central Florida Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale and commercial parts customers across the assigned territory * Promote and sell OEM parts to independent repair facilities, body shops, and fleet accounts * Schedule and conduct regular in-person sales calls and follow-ups * Manage pricing, quotes, and customer accounts in coordination with internal parts departments * Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and expand market share * Manage travel, scheduling, and territory planning independently * Provide consistent reporting and communication to leadership * Represent Vaden Automotive professionally in all customer interactions Qualifications * Prior experience in automotive parts sales (outside wholesale experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Comfortable with frequent travel throughout the territory * Proficiency with parts systems and DMS platforms (CDK experience preferred) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits * Competitive compensation package (base salary plus commission, based on experience) * Mileage and travel reimbursement as applicable * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) * Opportunities for advancement and continued training Vaden Automotive is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
