You'll build strong relationships, present tailored solutions, and become a trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers. What You 'll Do: * Sell Yardi solutions and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory. * Execute full sales cycles--from lead generation and discovery to closing--while consistently meeting individual and annual sales goals. * Participate in industry events, prepare performance reports, and continuously grow your knowledge of Yardi products and market trends. Who You Are: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry * Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure * Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity * Goal oriented and self-motivated * Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills * Proactive with strong problem-solving skills * Ability to build relationships and interface with decision makers at mid-sized companies * Excellent presentation and demonstration skills * Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products * Excellent written and oral communication skills * High responsiveness with client-centered commitment and focus * Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications * Ability to travel up to 50% Ideal to Have: * Yardi domain experience * Industry experience in property management * Knowledge of accounting principles Real Estate runs on Yardi.
