Selking International is actively searching for a customer-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson at our Stony Ridge, OH Dealership. Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM Competitive pay based on experience Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge: * High School diploma or equivalent * Maintain a professional sales image * A mechanical background, experience with truck/auto/engine service or parts knowledge is a plus but not required. * Demonstrate basic understanding of the selling process * Applicant must possess a passion for customer service providing excellence to our Service Department, counter and phone customers * Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications * Locating and obtaining Parts for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked * Provide recommendations for sales of additional related or needed parts / accessories * Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders What we offer: * Competitive hourly pay + bonus opportunities after 30 days * Selking International is hiring all levels of skills and experience, pay will be determined on experience * Paid biweekly * Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental and vision plans * Optional 401K with company match up to 4% * Selking International is committed to advanced training and development, we offer small company flexibility with large company opportunities Between all eleven dealership locations, Selking International offers truck sales, parts, service, lease & rental, mobile maintenance and a body and paint shop.
