JOIN HAMPEL OIL AS TERRITORY SALES MANAGER in TULSA Hampel is seeking a self-disciplined individual that is driven, goal oriented, conscientious, optimistic, and a team leader that has ambition and a passion for sales. The desired applicant would be focused on developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer. Details include: * Starting salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 base pay plus Bonus and Incentive pay * Schedule is 5 day work week * Overnight travel at times * Car Allowance, Laptop, Cell Phone and iPad * Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance * 401K with match * FSA Accounts * Paid Time Off & Paid Holiday's * Relocation and non-compete expense reimbursement is not available with this opportunity. What You Will Do: * Manage the daily activities of the territory that promotes the growth of the company * Closing new business and managing existing accounts * Analyze data and trends to strategically develop business within industry segments * Provide excellent customer service while serving existing client base * Find creative ways to be solution to customer pain-points Job Requirements: What Skills and Experience We are Looking For: * 3 years in a sales management position. * Previous experience in outside sales operations * Growth mindset and a "hunter" type of sales attitude * Excellent communication skills What Will Make You Stand Out: * Previous sales experience in the fuel and lubricant industry * Bachelor's Degree in related field * STLE, CLS or OMA1 certification
