You might be a great fit if you: * Love talking to people and enjoy face-to-face conversations. * Bring energy, positivity, and self-motivation to everything you do. * Stay calm and professional , even when someone says "no." * Are a go-getter who's focused on results and personal growth. * Know how to listen actively and ask the right questions to understand what customers need. * Can read the room and recognize when someone's interested. * Are organized and manage your time well throughout your shift. * Feel comfortable guiding conversations toward a clear next step -- setting an appointment. * Can stand or walk for 4 -8 hours at a time in a retail environment. * Are comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, texting, and emailing. * Can work Saturdays , when Costco is busiest.
