Bearing & Allied Supply Co. is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Guymon area. This position will be responsible for all sales activities'. Duties: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads - Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and pricing - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process Qualifications: - Proven experience in business development or inside sales role - Minimum of 3 years' experience in bearing & power transmission industry - Experience in purchasing from multiple vendors - Demonstrated sales history with a strong customer base - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Must know how to read digital calipers & navigate through manufactures catalogs - Answer incoming calls and assist customer with ordering products - Prepare formal quotes as needed - Work with internal departments to meet customer requirements - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Self-motivated and target-driven individual - High priority for attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. - Pulling orders, stocking shelves, checking in new products - Prepare inventory for daily deliveries - Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Work hours: Monday-Friday 8-5. Competitive pay with benefits.
