About the Role At European Wax Center, we don't just deliver smooth skin -- we deliver confidence. As a Guest Sales Consultant , you'll be the heartbeat of the center, leading the guest experience while driving revenue through Wax Pass sales , expert product and service upselling recommendations , and premium service education. You'll combine hospitality with high-performance sales strategy, ensuring each guest leaves feeling confident, cared for, and excited to return. Key Responsibilities * Lead every guest interaction from start to finish: greet warmly, educate confidently, and close with purpose. * Drive revenue growth by presenting Wax Pass packages, service upgrades, and product solutions based on guest needs. * Use daily metrics and guest profiles to consistently meet and exceed personal and center-wide sales goals. * Partner with Wax Specialists to deliver consistent guest education and aftercare recommendations. * Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, check-ins/outs, and accurate payment processing. * Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products, services, and current promotions. * Support operational excellence through cleanliness, organization, and maintaining a luxury guest environment.
