Established in 2013,Excel Loading Systems is the fastest growing loading arm company in the world, and we are looking for full-time Sales Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will focus on territory management, sales rep support, technical product knowledge, and strategic sales planning to help drive long- term growth. What we can offer YOU: * Pay: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Retirement plan with Company Match Schedule: The right candidate will have: * At least five (5) years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or engineered systems * Prior experience managing reps or distribution networks strongly preferred. * Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn engineered product applications. * Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time to support reps and key customer opportunities. * Excellent communication, organizational and CRM skills. Our Sales Manager will: * Serve as the primary contact for The Company's distributor and representative network. * Conduct regular calls and in-person visits to strengthen relationships and drive accountability. * Facilitate quarterly business reviews and annual planning with top partners. * Resolve escalated pricing, lead time or service-related issues. * Develop regional sales strategies aligned with The Company's growth targets and capacity. * Monitor performance versus quotas across assigned territories and partners. * Identify market gaps and recommend distributor changes or rep adjustments as needed. * Track quote activity, conversion rates and margin trends within the channel. * Train partners on The Company's product portfolio, quoting process and technical advantages. * Ensure reps have access to up-to-date spec sheets, CAD files and sales tools. * Assist with field quoting, configuration or job walk-throughs as needed. * Coordinate support for trade shows, webinars and join marketing campaigns. * Report regularly to leadership on sales activity, wins/losses and market conditions. * Use CRM to log opportunity activity and customer touchpoints. * Support operations with forecast data to aid in production planning and inventory management. * Work closely with engineering, customer service and production to align sales promises with delivery. * Provide VOC feedback for product development and quality improvement. * Partner with marketing to create campaigns tailored to specific channel or product initiatives. * Perform all other duties as assigned.
