Job Title: Sales Representative - B2B Security Camera Monitoring Services Employment Type: [Full-time/Part-time/Commission-Based] Compensation: Commission-Only / Recurring Monthly Commission Company Overview: At TrueEye, we provide professional remote video surveillance services for businesses, helping them protect their assets, reduce theft, and increase security. We work with businesses of all sizes to monitor their existing camera systems and ensure peace of mind 24/7. We're growing rapidly and looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and help us expand our client base. Position Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by promoting our remote video surveillance services to commercial clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, particularly in B2B services, security, or technology. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential business clients. * Present and explain our video monitoring services to decision-makers. * Understand clients' security needs and recommend appropriate service packages. * Prepare and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts. * Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM (if applicable). * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Qualifications: * Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in security services or SaaS is a plus). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a strong drive to close deals. * Ability to understand technical services and explain them in simple terms. * Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and in-person visits (if local). * High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
