We are currently hiring Entry-Level Account Executives to join a client-focused sales team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start a professional sales career , develop strong communication skills, and help individuals and families select personalized financial protection solutions. No prior sales experience is required. Key Responsibilities * Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and financial goals * Conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend appropriate protection plans * Work with warm leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries provided by the client company * Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up and ongoing communication * Accurately document activity, notes, and progress using CRM software * Participate in ongoing coaching and training to strengthen sales, communication, and product knowledge * Meet weekly and monthly performance goals with team and leadership support Qualifications Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
