Walton Workforce Solutions, LLC is a staffing and recruiting firm partnering with a trusted, growing client company in St. Louis, MO. We are currently hiring Entry-Level Account Executives to join a client-focused sales team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start a professional sales career , develop strong communication skills, and help individuals and families select personalized financial protection solutions. No prior sales experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and financial goals
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend appropriate protection plans
• Work with warm leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries provided by the client company
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up and ongoing communication
• Accurately document activity, notes, and progress using CRM software
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to strengthen sales, communication, and product knowledge
• Meet weekly and monthly performance goals with team and leadership support

Qualifications

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. No experience required. We 're looking for individuals who have:
