Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, business development, and account management, with experience in B2B sales, technology sales, and territory management. As a key player in our sales organization, you will utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads and customer interactions, conduct product demos, and engage in negotiation to close deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and driving company growth through innovative marketing and lead generation strategies. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking * Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans for territory sales growth * Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase features and benefits * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Engage in direct sales efforts including inside sales and outside sales activities * Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards * Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management * Assist in training new team members on sales strategies and CRM tools as needed Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on territory management * Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and analysis of sales data * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Excellent communication skills including product demos, cold calling, and presentation abilities * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required * Demonstrated success in lead generation, upselling, and account management strategies * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and management responsibilities * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position is ideal for motivated professionals eager to contribute their expertise in driving revenue growth through innovative sales techniques.
