We are looking for passionate, experienced sales professionals who are ready to take ownership of a territory and help shape Shoxtec's field sales strategy from the ground up. Job Overview As a Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for developing and managing wholesale and field sales activities within your assigned U.S. territory. You will target new accounts including regional distributors, repair shops, fleet operators, and other automotive aftermarket buyers. This is a high-impact role ideal for a self-driven professional with deep industry experience, existing client relationships, and a strong understanding of the U.S. automotive aftermarket. Key Responsibilities * Develop and grow B2B sales channels within your region: wholesale distributors, fleets, repair shops, and commercial clients * Leverage your existing network and generate new leads to open long-term accounts * Conduct regular in-person visits, product demos, pricing discussions, and follow-ups * Build strong client relationships based on trust, reliability, and ongoing service * Track and report sales progress, pipeline status, and customer feedback * Represent Shoxtec professionally at all industry events, client meetings, and field visits * Collaborate with internal operations, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction Qualifications Required: * Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket or auto parts sales * Demonstrated success in field-based, territory, or channel sales roles * Strong knowledge of U.S. aftermarket distribution models and commercial customer needs * Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and deliver results with minimal supervision * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills * Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and general business software * Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region * Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented mindset Preferred: * Experience working with suspension/chassis components or similar product categories * Existing relationships with regional distributors, fleets, or repair networks * Bilingual in English/Spanish is an asset (not required) Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary ($70K-$100K+ depending on experience) * Commission structure with uncapped earning potential * Mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and flexible remote setup * Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at an early stage of U.S. field expansion * Long-term career development and potential for promotion to national roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Niagara Falls, NY 14304
