Cannabis farm seeking to hire a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team. Responsibilities: * Develop customer relations * Serves customers by selling cannabis products and meeting customer needs * Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. * Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. * Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, * Meet sales goals * Maintain all current and potential customer records Qualifications/Skills: * 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record * Customer service skills * Meeting sales goals * Closing skills * Prospecting skills * Negotiation skills * Self-confidence * Product knowledge * Client relationships * Motivation for sales Must be 21+ and have reliable transportation Background check required Must be 2+ year resident of Oklahoma for OMMA Transporter Agent License Job Type: Full-time Pay: $39,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
