Product Knowledge and Presentation : * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Mazda's inventory, including specifications, pricing, warranties, and features. * Ensure vehicles are well-presented and ready for customer viewing. * Assist in pricing and promotional initiatives and participate in sales events or special promotions. * Customer Service and Follow-Up : * Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing follow-up support. * Assist with paperwork, financing applications, and other administrative tasks. * Address any questions or concerns customers may have, striving for satisfaction. * Why Jeff Wyler? INDSJBR * Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-focused role. * Strong knowledge of automotive brands, models, and market trends a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
