This role is ideal for someone with restoration industry knowledge or proven experience in building strong business relationships in a competitive sales environment. What You 'll Do: Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in water, fire, and mold restoration services. * Represent Rapid Dry with professionalism and integrity in the community. * Educate potential clients and partners on our services and value. * Track sales activity and maintain detailed client records. * What We 're Looking For: * Previous experience in the restoration industry or proven success in outside sales/business development.
