Inside Sales Support Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Support Associate, you will be entrusted with supporting our house corporate accounts and the outside Regional Sales Managers with order management. Your job will be providing the highest level of customer service quality to all our accounts daily. You will be the face of Boss Products - assuring we are meeting deadlines, communicating in a timely manner, and collaborating with not just our external stakeholders, but our internal departments to meet customer needs. This incredibly rewarding role must be excellent with people at their best and worst while maintaining composure and professionalism. Major Duties: * Process and manage customer Purchase Orders (PO's) from receipt to shipment. * Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers (RSM's) for order approvals and credit verification * Ensure all PO's accurately entered and properly documented. * Accurately determine and communicate ship dates based on incoming stock, available inventory, and items pending order. * Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience by providing timely, accurate updates on order status, shipping details, and any potential delays. * Create and manage opportunities/quotes in Salesforce. * Ensure smooth and accurate transfer of orders from Salesforce to the ERP system, with all data entry completed precisely. * Participate in peer Quality Checks (QC) to ensure order accuracy. * Liaise with Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, and Tech Support to ensure smooth order execution. * Track customer requests, set internal deadlines, and ensure accountability across teams. * Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: * Self-starter and can effectively manage time with little to no supervision * Ability to build strong internal and external relationships * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs * Customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Comfortable navigating CRM and WMS platforms (Salesforce and Fishbowl experience a plus) * Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are essential * Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure Education and Experience: * Associate Degree in Business or similar discipline; Preferred * Experience in distribution or manufacturing; Preferred * One (1) year experience in inside sales or customer service field; Required * High School Diploma; Required Preferred Software Knowledge: * Inventory Management System(s) - Fishbowl, Oracle * Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive * Knowledgeable with VOIP phone operating systems * CRM - Salesforce, NetSuite, Etc.
