Responsibilities
:
- Lead customer interaction efforts to present services, increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and support on questions and account management
- Work with customers to understand their service needs and use tailored solutions
- Work with team members to create sales strategies to increase accounts and product awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends to deliver effective solutions by continuously increasing knowledge and skills in the AT&T Sales Representative role
- Support team training on products, customer service, and compliance AT &T Sales Representative
Qualifications
:
- Previous experience working in a customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality role is a plus
- Motivated and driven to succeed
