The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and achieving revenue targets. Duties: - Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing the sale. - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products/services to effectively communicate their value to customers. - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth. - Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on improving overall sales performance. - Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service and sales roles. - Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing negotiation skills. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. - Strong market knowledge and organizational abilities. - Experience in outside sales is advantageous.
