JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT : Support Key Account sales initiatives by coordinating the development of products and programs from concept to completion and producing all requisite documentation and communications in order to ensure successful sales to Key Accounts. JOB FUNCTIONS : (Essential) * Execute the completion of sales programs for Key Account customers as directed by the Director of Key Accounts. * Develop specific sales programs for Key Accounts in various channels, including but not limited to department stores, on-line accounts, mail order accounts, etc. * Work with freelancers, overseas vendors, and sales personnel through concept development to product delivery. * Maintain item quotes and negotiate pricing and delivery terms/details with vendors. * Prepare all sales/packaging samples and support material per retailer requirements and standards. * Manage and execute all customer change requests for the programs within Key Accounts. * Maintain all relevant information on customer's online vendor management systems. * Work with purchasing/import staff and vendors to insure on-time delivery of products. * Support sales personnel in any and all efforts to place Roman Key Account products and programs. * Manage samples and understand compliance manuals. * Requires domestic travel. PHYSICAL AND VISUAL ACTIVITIES: Standing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, walking, reaching, climbing, crouching, hearing, speaking, perception, color vision. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. ENVIRONMENTAL/ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS: Normal office conditions. JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Service and detail oriented KNOWLEDGE: Technical product knowledge Knowledge of product development process Knowledge of assortment planning/merchandising Knowledge of EDI processes Understanding of company compliance manuals EXPERIENCE: 5-10 years sales experience in Key Accounts, preferably in the giftware/seasonal industry Domestic travel and sourcing or sales support experience desirable MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE; Microsoft Access and Excel intermediate/advanced skills Basic Adobe Photoshop skills Microsoft Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
