Compensation

• 30 -40% commission on personal sales

• TIER BONUS $1,000-$3,000 (No Payback) Your Role As a Sales Closer - Option, Team Builder, you will:
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of up to 15 roofing sales representatives
• Motivate and develop your team through field training, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions
• Close your deals!!!
• Drive D2D (door-to-door) and B2B strategies to maximize production
• Set and manage KPIs, quotas, and team accountability metrics
• Lead from the front by closing your own deals while mentoring others
• Ensure quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at every step What It Takes to Win
• Roofing sales experience is required -- insurance claim experience preferred
• Proven success in recruiting and managing sales teams
• A strong closer with exceptional leadership and communication skills
