Project Consultant - Residential & Commercial Painting (Osceola & Orange County) 75% Sales 25% Production Management High-Earning Potential | Uncapped Commissions | Company Vehicle | Growth Path to GM Are you motivated, relationship-driven, and hungry to grow in a booming industry? Our established painting company--trusted across Osceola & Orange County--is seeking a Project Consultant who thrives in both sales and project management. What You 'll Do:

• 75% Sales: Attend appointments, build rapport, create estimates, close deals, follow up, generate leads.
• 25% Production Management: Point of contact, job site check-ins, oversee timelines, communicate with crews, manage materials and walk-throughs. What We 're Looking For:
• Knowledge of residential and commercial painting.
• Competitive, hungry, motivated, and personable.
• Strong at building relationships and managing a schedule.

Compensation

& Details: Job Type: Full-time On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000 - $85,000 first year
