Position: BDC Representative As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and all inbound/outbound phone calls. We are looking for a self- motivated team member to help us maintain strong customer relationships and generate appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities: * Handling all warm internet leads through CRM - no cold calls * Conducting inbound and outbound phone calls * Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments * Responding to inquiries in a well professional manner * Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to leads * Keep records of customer interactions * Contact customers via phone call, text, and email Requirements: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Previous experience as a BDC rep. highly preferred * Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales preferred * Proficiency in using CRM software * Self-motivated and goal oriented * Outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication * Strong computer and phone skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Ability to Commute: * Downey, CA 90242 (Required) Work Location: In person
