Job Summary: LTC Pharmacy is looking for a full-time individual with Sales experience to cover Southern Michigan and Northern Ohio. We are looking for an established individual in Medical with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of DME, Homecare and/or Hospice Care. LTC Pharmacy needs this individual to call on Assisted Living Facilities, Doctors Offices, and other facilities at the direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing. Weekly reports of call logs and visits will be turned every Monday Morning. All the tools and equipment will be provided by LTC Pharmacy for a successful career in Sales at LTC Pharmacy. LTC Pharmacy is offering Salary, Commission, Company Car, Gas Covered, and Phone. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods - Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments - Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales - Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills - Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback -Drug test We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
