Seeking an Assisted Living Regional Sales and Marketing Director that will cover Indiana and Ohio. Position is considered a road warrior role. We're looking for a seasoned sales/marketing professional with a proven track record of leading a sales team and . As our Regional Sales and Marketing Director you'll partner with community Executive Directors and Sales Directors to improve occupancy and help many older adults live a better life by choosing the Wyndmoor Group. Postion offers a base salary along with a monthly bonus opportunity. Your responsibilities: * Work closely with the Executive Director (ED) and Sales and Marketing staff in the development and execution of the marketing plans in the assigned community or region * Multi Site oversight along with weekly travel * Provide direct selling support to improve sales performance and meet assignment sales expectations * Establish public relations events to promote goodwill in the community * Maintain good, active relationships with all residents and their families Required skills and qualifications: * Must have a strong sales track record * Two years of upper level sales management experience and/or training * Assisted Living & Memory Care experience a plus! * Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university * Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating environment, Microsoft Office, and e-mail programs * Willingness to travel to Wyndmoor Communities in Indiana and Ohio
