Your Impactful Role * Develop relationships with healthcare facilities and healthcare practices, and educate on * Peachtree Orthopedic's offerings to increase patient referrals * Lead community awareness initiatives to highlight Peachtree Orthopedic services * Manage athletic partnerships to include high school, college, and professional organizations for sports medicine services * Assist in direct-to-employer contracting initiatives * Ability to understand and communicate the Peachtree Orthopedic brand and offerings comprehensively * Develop relationships with referring physician groups to understand their patient needs and acquaint them with Peachtree Orthopedics * Provide educational seminars to referring physicians and staff (including breakfast, lunches, and dinners) to educate them on the offerings and physicians of Peachtree Orthopedic * Drive community outreach programs to create awareness of Peachtree Orthopedics * Present opportunities to sponsor community-related events and business partnership opportunities to the Business Development leadership * Utilization of CRM to include weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports * Assist in direct-to-employer contracting initiatives focusing on value-based musculoskeletal and orthopedic care solutions * Assist the marketing team in coordinating CME events for referring physician groups * Other duties as assigned.
