We're currently seeking an Experienced Sales Representative to join our team to sell all phases of our termite, pest, and wildlife control solutions and to contribute to the growth and expansion of our overall business. In addition to traditional termite, pest, and wildlife control services, we also provide sales opportunities for attic insulation, gutter guards, mosquito control, and much more! Those with previous industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply. We regularly produce in excess of 150 - 200 leads per month, and we have additional marketing strategies that consistently generate new prospects. New hire training programs and ongoing continuing education opportunities are provided. Detail-oriented, self-starters in pursuit of uncapped earnings and advancement opportunities are strongly encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will: - Have or obtain the required registration and/or certification from the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (training and preparation materials provided). - Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Be enthusiastic and willing to serve our customers' needs. - Be well organized and display initiative and follow through. - Be computer savvy (specifically Microsoft Outlook and Word). - Have a valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record. - Consent to a background check and drug screen. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Developing relationships to establish new business and lead sources. - Developing and executing a sales plan to generate creative sales and successfully close office generated leads. - Scheduling customer appointments. - Performing thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties. - Selling services through an educational and consultative approach. - Completing associated and required sales and service documentation to company and regulatory standards. Total compensation package will be dependent upon experience and qualifications.
