Job Description The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the total process of renting vacant units and lease renewals on the community they are assigned to. He/She is expected to display a strong commitment to company goals, values and provide excellent customer service to future and existing residents. * Greets all potential and current residents * Schedules tours with prospective residents, closing on the sale * Daily management and follow-up of all prospective leads * Create/Update ads online to drive traffic * Enters Maintenance Requests and helps assist Manager with resident requests * Prepare Lease paperwork for new and current residents Salary + Commission! Insurance Benefits available after 1st 30 days of employment! Fun and creative environment!! Two days off M-F (please note: weekends are mandatory part of regular work schedule) Hours M-F: 9:30AM - 6PM Sat: 9:30AM - 5PM Sun: 11:30AM - 5PM Please note- no visible piercings other than ears is allowed.
