Park Avenue Wholesale is growing, and we're looking for motivated, tech- savvy individuals to join our fast-paced Sales Team at our Lackawanna warehouse. This is a hands-on warehouse role with a strong computer and eCommerce component , perfect for candidates who enjoy staying busy, working with technology, and being part of a growing operation. You'll work directly with our Online Sales Team while also supporting our Wholesale Department , which supplies over 2,000 retailers nationwide. Why Work at Park Avenue Wholesale? * Entry-level role with paid training * Consistent weekday schedule * Learn eCommerce operations across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Buffalo Outdoors * Fast-paced environment - no downtime * Opportunity to grow skills in Excel, inventory management, and online sales * Supportive team environment with hands-on leadership Who This Role Is Perfect For This role is ideal for someone who: * Enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy work environment with little downtime * Is comfortable using computers daily and confident working in Microsoft Excel * Likes a mix of physical warehouse work and computer-based tasks * Is detail-oriented and takes pride in accuracy and organization * Learns quickly and can follow processes while multitasking * Wants hands-on experience in eCommerce, inventory management, and online marketplaces * Thrives working both independently and as part of a team * Is reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work * Is looking for steady hours, long-term stability, and growth opportunities This Role May NOT Be a Fit If: * You prefer a slow-paced or desk-only position * You are uncomfortable using computers or spreadsheets * You struggle with standing, walking, or lifting throughout the day * You prefer repetitive work with little variation What You'll Do eCommerce Order Fulfillment * Pull and pack online orders from our warehouse aisles * Ship orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx * Process high daily order volume (especially during peak seasons) * Accuracy and efficiency are critical Wholesale Order Fulfillment * Pull and pack large-quantity wholesale orders * Inspect items for quality and accuracy * Prepare shipments for outbound freight Computer & eCommerce Tasks (Daily Use) * List products on online marketplaces (training begins with eBay) * Photograph products and edit images * Create SKUs, manage inventory, and update listings * Write clear, accurate product descriptions * Track inventory and listings using Excel and internal systems Cross-Department Support * Assist with tagging, labeling, and packing when needed Required Qualifications * Strong computer skills (required) * Microsoft Office experience is a MUST - especially Excel * Comfortable learning new software and systems * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day * Ability to walk up to 4 miles per day Preferred (Not Required) * Knowledge of professional or collegiate sports teams * Familiarity with fashion or lifestyle brands * Product photography experience * Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop or similar) * Shipping or logistics experience Schedule * Monday -Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM * Additional hours and occasional weekends during peak/holiday season Education * High School Diploma or GED required Work Authorization * Must be authorized to work in the United States Equal Opportunity Employer Park Avenue Wholesale is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
