Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating buyers about our homes, and driving sales. This is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in new home sales, with a tremendous opportunity for growth and upside, Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers, providing them with information about products and services. - Utilize your excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer objections. - Manage the sales process from start to finish. - Maintain a clean and organized model home environment. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the local real estate market. - Provide support to management on key strategic sales decisions as needed. - Utilize a CRM system to input and manage sales data. - Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements: - * Must have a valid Florida real estate license * Sales, Customer Service and Communication skills * Knowledge of the real estate industry and the home building process * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong negotiating and persuasion skills * Experience with CRM software * New home sales experience is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: * Palm Coast, FL 32143 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Palm Coast, FL 32143: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In personConfidential
