Responsibilities

• Represent assigned brands with professional, upbeat customer service at in-store and pop-up events.
• Greet, engage, and educate customers on products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with sign-ups, purchases, and promotional offers while maintaining a positive experience.
• Collect and record customer information accurately, following company policies.
• Maintain organized, visually appealing promotional areas per brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and event leaders to meet sales and engagement goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques. What We Offer
