Responsibilities * Represent assigned brands with professional, upbeat customer service at in-store and pop-up events. * Greet, engage, and educate customers on products, services, and promotions. * Assist customers with sign-ups, purchases, and promotional offers while maintaining a positive experience. * Collect and record customer information accurately, following company policies. * Maintain organized, visually appealing promotional areas per brand guidelines. * Collaborate with team members and event leaders to meet sales and engagement goals. * Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
