Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hospice Sales and Marketing Liaison to drive growth and expand our hospice services within the Greater Los Angeles. This role is vital in building strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources to ensure our compassionate care reaches those who need it most. The ideal candidate will be a proactive business development expert with a passion for making a difference, leveraging their outside sales experience to generate leads, manage accounts, and promote our hospice programs effectively. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase hospice referrals through targeted outreach and community engagement. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations to promote hospice services. * Conduct product demonstrations and informational presentations to educate potential referral sources about hospice offerings and benefits. * Manage territory sales activities including lead generation, cold calling, follow-up communications, and account management to maximize outreach effectiveness. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage contacts, analyze sales data, and optimize territory management strategies. * Negotiate agreements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with client needs. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns efficiently, and upselling additional services when appropriate. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within healthcare or related fields. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight independently. * Demonstrated success in sales calling, lead generation, and direct sales efforts within a competitive environment. * Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach to relationship building and service delivery. * Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, hospice services, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
