Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to prospective clients, nurturing leads into sales opportunities. * Engage with B2B (business-to-business) clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. * Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines. * Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on marketing campaigns and convert leads into active customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology products and services to communicate value propositions clearly. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. * Knowledge of B2B sales processes and business development strategies. * Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally. * Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. * Experience with technical sales or familiarity with technology products is a plus.
