Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Client Assistance: Provide exemplary service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns from policyholders professionally and efficiently. Communication Management: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and instant messages. Insurance Processes: Help clients understand insurance processes, policies, coverage, and effectively assist with claims and renewals. Problem Solving: Resolve policyholder issues through thorough analysis and devising suitable solutions. Documenting Actions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting details of inquiries and resolutions. Feedback Contribution: Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement. About Us Independent Insurance Agency
