Job Description -- Sales Representative (General Construction & Restoration) Valmonte Enterprises LLC Tulsa, Oklahoma Position Summary The Sales Representative -- General Construction & Restoration serves as the bridge between Valmonte Enterprises and clients seeking construction, renovation, or restoration services. This individual is responsible for generating new business, guiding clients through the project process, and ensuring every interaction reflects Valmonte's standards of professionalism, communication, and trust. Key Responsibilities * Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in general construction and restoration. * Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters. * Assess property damage or renovation needs and provide accurate project details to estimators. * Present and explain Valmonte's proposals, pricing, and scope of work clearly to clients. * Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong post-sale relationships. * Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction. * Represent Valmonte Enterprises in the community with professionalism and integrity. Preferred Skills & Qualifications * Experience in construction, restoration, roofing, or remodeling sales. * Knowledge of home improvement and repair processes (roofing, siding, drywall, etc.). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- both verbal and written. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals. * Professional appearance and reliable transportation. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
