In this role, you'll be at the frontline of our business development efforts, introducing AT&T Fiber to a market and homeowners that are ready for better connectivity. As a Sales Team Member, you will work closely with residential homeowners upselling AT&T products and services and make sure customers needs are met. Responsibilities of a Sales Team Member: * Meeting potential clients on-site to drive new AT&T Fiber signups. * Running a fast-paced sales process built for closing deals quickly. * Dominating your territory by hunting down every new lead possible. * Pushing past your weekly benchmarks to set new company records. * Competing in fun team challenges to earn top-tier prizes and bragging rights. * Constant practice to make your sales pitch the best in the building. * Learning exactly what the competition is doing so you can beat them. * Bringing your winning energy to every team huddle and strategy session.
